注：1、一级铁匠铺用银币开启
2、玄铁石由世界矿场采集
3、每次金币升级增加1倍基础兑换量，例：欧冶子5万银币换1.2万铁，金币升级一次5万银币换2.4万铁，金币升级2次5万银币换3.6万铁
