建议：1.等级平衡制度。最高级国家等级不得超过另两个国家当前等级和的平均值5级。当超过时不获取当前国战积分和国战奖励
2.一家独大时的平衡制度。当一家包围两家超过三天以上时限制包围国所有当前服务器的平均等级+5级以下的所有小号登陆，以限制小号流和平衡一家独大的状态直到包围状态解除后三天解除限号限制。
3.一家独大时的平衡制度。当一家独大时并且独大国家的总在线号超过另两家的号的总和的80%时限制独大国在当前服务器的平均等级+5级以下的小号登陆直到解除一家独大的状态。
**可以考虑一下这三条建议。
