之前笔者已经发布了三级盛世王朝之初战罗马、再战罗马的详细过程和相关攻略，今天把决战罗马的攻略也补上，算是给这一系列画上圆满的句号。
决战罗马和再战罗马的整体框架一致，只是细节上、或者说难度上作了提升：首先，决战罗马的城池内NPC数量有一定的提升，但提升幅度很小；其次，3个头像城由原来的90秒增援一波变成了100秒增援一波；再次，BOSS的攻防血小幅提升，耐久值由再战的550点提升为600点，部分BOSS拥有附加特效；*后，BOSS数量增加至4个，前3个BOSS和初战、再战类似，第4个BOSS是凯撒（耐久值100点），下文会介绍详细情况。
一、决战罗马过程

决战罗马路线和初战、再战一样，没有任何区别。
2.参与条件
（1）国家条件：国家经验满1500点；募集一位“满10珍宝+满第3战车”玩家。

第一阶段：扫清道路，拿下三大头像城
据路线图所示，先打通我方大本营到角斗场和罗马城的路，然后国家主力全部进入角斗场剿灭第一个boss罗穆路斯；与此同时，分出2个大号盯紧另外2个头像城池米兰、***，一旦道路打通，就抢先进入（应使用2层或以上周诸），同时释放幻影。

第二阶段：剿灭BOSS
（1）BOSS简介
BOSS有4个，分别是罗穆路斯、尤里乌斯、屋大维、凯撒：
罗穆路斯是大将造型，总兵力2044万8000，耐久值600点，拥有打3排的强力战法，拥有觉醒周泰特效“不*”、且免疫负面状态（不免疫锋矢阵负面状态）；尤里乌斯也是大将造型，总兵力2044万8000，耐久值600点，无战法，但有9珍宝护盾效果（抵挡2次战法伤害）；屋大维仍然是大将造型，总兵力2044万8000，耐久值600点，有打3排的强力战法、且平砍多溅射2排（砍1排等于砍3排）；凯撒共有5个NPC，兵种造型是邓艾造型，每个NPC都有5排兵，每排兵血量为10万5600，每排兵都有9珍宝护盾效果（抵挡2次战法伤害），每个NPC都有打3排的战法、但威力不强，平砍时也是多溅射2排（砍1排等于砍3排），其耐久值是100点。
特别注意：针对同一个boss，每个号*多只能攻打3次。
（2）过程
扫清道路耗时约5分钟，然后开始剿灭第一个boss罗穆路斯，如图：

打掉第4个boss凯撒的100点耐久值耗时约3分钟。打掉凯撒后、决战罗马胜利，同时建成三级盛世王朝。

4.屯田区开放新等级

三、决战罗马攻略
决战罗马和再战罗马的攻略基本相同，这里再强调一下：决战罗马需要注意的是路线、选将与排阵、活人数量、控制时间、指挥与听从指挥到位，其中*重要的部分是控制时间和听从指挥。其重要性就不强调了，大家都懂的。笔者想重点说明的是选将和排阵：
决战罗马和再战罗马相比，boss本身并没有太显著的变化，除了小幅提升攻防血和耐久值外，也只有罗穆路斯增加了觉醒周泰的技能。所以，决战罗马的选将与排阵和再战罗马大体相同，下面笔者就重复一遍：如果是满4车甚至满5车的大号，其实只需要换上孙权就可以了（前提是觉醒情况良好，有马超、有周诸二层）；如果觉醒情况差，那么就算硬件高，也得讲究策略。适用武将从适用性由高到低排列依次为：联合刘关张（一层或以上）、联合周诸（*好三层）、觉醒马超（带锋矢阵）、孙权、觉醒黄月英（带满二车）、觉醒貂蝉、觉醒甘宁、陆逊（带勇高宝物防挡战法）、觉醒周泰等。
排阵方面：孙权第一、马超第二（带一车，没有觉醒马超的话一车给孙权）、甘宁/陆逊第三、觉醒貂蝉第四、黄月英第五（带二车）。没有马超的话用陆逊、周泰补位，其中甘宁、陆逊、周泰不要排第一位，第一位稳妥的做法是用孙权。低配版排阵是：孙权（一车）、陆逊、甘宁、觉醒貂蝉、黄月英（二车），连觉醒貂蝉都没有的，可以拿周泰替补。战车方面除了一车、二车，其余可以自行搭配，切记孙权排第一位。
以上是打前3个boss的常规办法，但决战罗马有4个boss，打第4个boss凯撒时就需要改变策略，因为凯撒和前3个boss有本质区别。此时，玩家应该把觉醒马超或联合觉醒武将排第一位，尽量快速的打通关；如果没有觉醒马超或联合觉醒武将的，也就只能随意了，其他武将打这个速度都差不多。
另外，还有其他注意事项，如大号的三层周诸抢先进头像城、不放突击军、指挥到位、全国玩家听从指挥等等。
决战罗马理论上需要*少67个强力号才能通关，强到什么程度呢？每次攻打都能做到击杀BOSS即可。
