第一个练兵符是19号兑换并使用，但并未生效，且在左上角的状态栏也未有显示。
第二个练兵符是20号凌晨兑换并使用，未生效，且未在左上角的状态栏显示。
两次使用都出现同样的问题，强烈要求技术人员解决此问题，并给予相应合理的答复以及补偿。
