各位大神，问下：
这个帆的被动效果是怎么回事？ 如果我一开始就使用了帆，100%的攻速，前中后免疫伤害，那么在帆的法宝时间恢复期间，这个帆的被动效果“敌方全体扣除1点能量/5秒”会起作用吗？
