3月新版之外城改造【小唐出品】
3月新版傲视天地中外城改造可是一重头戏——改造外城兴土木，宝石之城大升级。
改造外城需要抓获劳工改造，于是，新天罗地网再次出现，不过新天罗地网相比以往略有改变，变为固定消费和固定收益（购买一次固定为20金，可抓5个劳工，共可购买100次），新天罗地网性的价比很明确，即20金获得5000*5=25000宝石，折合1金1250宝石，抓获劳工改造探矿所、监工房、宿营、卫戍营，下面将改造过程级改造后效果分享如下：

卫戍营：改造需200劳工，改造完成后出现廷尉狱。

卫戍营改造完成后无法继续购买天罗地网，这点大家注意。
虽然卫戍营改造完成后天罗地网无法购买，但已经买了的未使用的还可以继续使用。
