请问各位高手，在世界地图里迁移到别的国家的城池是有限制的，我知道的是可以通过屠城来迁移到敌国城市，或者敌国城市只有一个敌人才可以迁移，但是这个玩家，每次都能无视这个规则，他能直接跳到南郑把我拉出来，决斗完又跳到剑阁，等5分钟后又跳到南郑跟我决斗，打完又跑，关键是这两个城市都不是他的国家的城市。有人知道他是***到的吗？
