首先，每天完成小任务（类似铸车任务）获得30次免费次数，捐献材料，获得资源奖励，大致如下：

也可以一次捐献10个，就是一次基础资源×10，而不是随机10次资源
至于完成一个大件之后能否获得其他奖励，这个就不得而知了

再来看看大件，目前来看500进度一个，一共要2000进度，每天30，30天也就是900，远远不够
非R无视，小R的话看要不要第二个的减粮buff了，差100进度，平均每天点3-4次，每天6-8金币，总共30天200金币
而如果是想做2000进度，那就差1100进度，如果是30天，每天需要补37进度，如果是28天，每天需要补40进度，大概什么价位大家一下就算出来了
最后再来谈谈特效，屠城+1一般般...减粮20%还不错，每天送10突击一般般
完成4个之后，效果提升100%，理论上应该是屠城+2，减粮40%，每天送20突击，然后额外国战胜利能多+1分，意义有限
这么看来，如果是3个月以内的新区，几乎大佬必搞，减粮和20突击加快升级，国战分多升级也快
如果是超过1年的区，我觉得这个大家就随意吧，要么搞1000也挺好的，拿个减粮buff
