从体验上笔者对此理解：一层主要的技能是【决机I】，只要上阵触发战术碰撞，就会触发，也就是说只要不对第三车，这技能就能发挥出来！不论这战术成功还是失败都会有效果触发，成功就连续施放2次主动战法——【威风八面】（也就是说，在有战术碰撞中，其战法频率并不比联合少，基本可以代替过气的联合武将），失败就出现【虎踞】，触发会当前排会出现一个透明罩和闪烁虎头，效果是减免伤害，达到减免75%的伤害（具体的数值待后续玩家考究）以及规避负面效果，这作用还是挺不错的！
