希望官方尽快解决—我的爷爷装备去哪里了？

这两张图显示不能兑换，明明有材料有次数，依然不能兑换，玩家准备一件装备材料花费不少钱，不能就这样的结果吧，希望官方给予修复号解决

**节爷爷活动再次开启，上次活动bug还没解决，兑换次数也没增加，现在又有玩家出现新BUG，因为同是利益受害者，玩家找到我，让我帮忙反应，希望有问题的玩家都反应一下，让官方尽快解决
