军务，先帝，战兽，神剑，打一次得等20分钟以上才会刷新，金龙10000功勋打够了最少5个小时也不刷新计算次数，几个星期没有满3次拿免费筛子了，国战也是15分钟以上。就我一个这种情况吗？
