你用论坛最下面的快速发帖是发不了评分贴的，需要点论坛左上的发帖才能进行评分，在图片画圈的地方。

点击了发帖之后，在最后输入验证码的地方有一个申请评分，大概是1天一次还是多久又一次不太清楚。
